1. Eligibility and Agreement
Gurukulam Tapasthali provides free and paid training on digital marketing to learners in India and abroad. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. And you are joining us only after informing your parents and you and your parents are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. Access and Use of the Course
Upon registration, you will have access to all of our online classes, tools, recordings, assignments, and community. and you agree not to share course materials, login credentials, or any premium content with others without permission. You are expected to always attend live classes or watch the recordings later to complete your daily class schedule. Also complete your assignments/projects honestly and maintain professional behavior throughout sessions and groups.
3. Free vs. Paid Services
Gurukulam Tapasthali offers virtually free digital marketing training to help you transform your life, but some of the following services are charged. Which we need in our course like:- access to tools (for example, hosting, premium plugins, SEMrush), certification or personal mentoring sessions etc. All fees, if applicable, will be clearly explained to you prior to purchase. Note: Once paid, they are non-refundable unless specifically stated.
4. Certificate Policy
We only award our digital certificates to students who have 90% attendance and faithful class participation based on the following: Such as they have passed and completed all their assigned projects or examinations and also meet the eligibility criteria prescribed for each course/module.
Gurukulam Tapasthali also reserves the right to withhold or cancel certificates in case of any academic dishonesty or misconduct.
5. Gurukulam Code of Conduct
To maintain a positive learning environment at the Gurukulam Tapasthali, it is essential that students adhere to the following: For example: Avoid spamming or self-promotion in your groups, be respectful of your instructors and classmates, and avoid using abusive or misleading language. Do not misuse any tools or platforms provided by Gurukulam. Doing so or violating this policy may result in expulsion from classes or denial of access.
- If you violate the rules or commit any default, action may be taken against you.
- If you indulge in any wrong activities, it will be taken seriously and Gurukulam will have full right to terminate the agreement with you in view of the violation of the agreement.
- Gurukulam also reserves the right to initiate appropriate proceedings against you, whether civil or criminal, the risk, expense and cost of which shall be entirely yours and shall include claims for damages and compensation for the breach.
- You undertake to indemnify Gurukulam against all costs or damages arising out of any such breach. Further, if Gurukulam finds any wrongdoing, it will have full authority to issue termination with immediate effect.
6. Intellectual Property, Site Abuse, and Spam
Site abuse and spam inform you that any attempt to disrupt, tamper with, hack, destroy, alter, or intentionally misuse the site and/or its content is punishable by fine. Any attempt to knowingly misuse or use the Site for any such purpose will subject you to liability under civil and criminal laws (including the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000). All content including video lectures, slides, assignments, design, website content and toolkits are owned by Gurukulam Tapasthali. In which you cannot do the following things at all such as:- Record or distribute class material, including reselling or cloning course materials and using the Gurukulam Tapasthali brand name or logo without permission.
- You may not post, transmit, or market through the Site or the web space allocated to you any offensive, threatening, defamatory, illegal, obscene, or libelous material, For which you will be responsible for all related legal consequences.
- Gurukulam is relieved of any liability or responsibility for any material posted or transmitted through your web space and you shall be solely responsible and liable for the same.
- Spamming is not Gurukulam’s business practice and you undertake that you will not use the information provided on the Site or the services offered on the Site, including details of individuals, will not be used for spamming or similar activities.
- If your direct or indirect involvement is suspected in this regard, action will be taken against you under applicable laws. and you will be solely liable to Gurukulam for all damages, including, without limitation, aggravated and exemplary damages.
7. Use of Intellectual Property, Tools, and Data
The content on your site and some of the tools provided (e.g., SEMrush access, Holsinger login, client databases) are shared for educational purposes only and all content on the Commercial Content Site (including information about products) Material published by Gurukulam or authorized for use as part of business (“Business Accessories”) belongs to Gurukulam and/or its licensors, trademarks, logos, etc. Do not use them for personal business or freelancing and do not share access to the tools with outsiders or violate the terms of any third-party tools we provide.
- You undertake not to infringe any intellectual property or any other statutory or common law right and, if you do so, you will indemnify Gurukulam.
- You undertake not to reproduce, modify, replace, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any of the content on the Site or any of the Business Support Materials nor will it create any database in any form by downloading and storing it.
- The information provided on the Site and Business Support Materials are for your personal use only and for Gurukulam’s business marketing planning purposes and are confidential/proprietary in nature. If Gurukulam requires the services of an advertiser or sponsor in the future, it is their obligation and responsibility to comply with the relevant rules, laws and guidelines.
8. Direct Seller Agreement – Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
If you purchase or study courses from Gurukulam Tapasthali, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this enclosed Direct Seller Agreement. For example, Gurukulam does not provide any guarantee of getting a job, business success or earning income. All our content is for educational purposes only and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from misuse or misunderstanding of this content.
9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Applicable Law
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. All disputes and differences arising out of this Agreement, including those relating to the interpretation of this Agreement, shall first be resolved amicably by the parties; if this is not possible, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be seated at New Delhi or Delhi in the English language under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The appointment of which shall be made solely by Gurukulam Tapasthali. The parties irrevocably agree that subject to the above, the courts at New Delhi or Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Linking and Framing
The Gurukulam Tapasthali ( https://gurukulamtapasthali.com ) is neither responsible nor liable for any content on any site of which links are found on this website or which might be framed by this website. All intellectual property rights in the linked/framed sites belong to that site and the company does not purport to have any right or obligation in that respect by linking/framing. Links to other sites do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by the company of their products or the content on their site.
General Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Platform means you accept all updated Terms.
(a) You may not transfer, sub-license or otherwise assign any of your rights under these Terms to anyone else.

Gurukulam reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if any information provided to Gurukulam is found to be misleading, false, or inaccurate. You understand that Gurukulam may disclose all such data for business purposes, compliance with laws/regulations or to prevent any illegal activity.
e) It is expressly understood by the Parties that performance under this Agreement may be interrupted by any act of God or force majeure, including natural disasters, war, serious technical failure, government law or policy, The Parties shall not consider this to be a failure to perform in accordance with the Agreement. In such an event, the Parties shall take all reasonable steps to resume normal performance of their obligations under this Agreement.
f) Gurukulam Tapasthali will take all possible steps to ensure the security of the User’s personal information, password and ID, but does not guarantee such security and is relieved of all liability for any loss or damage resulting from security breaches.
g) You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract, our website does not target or is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. and have attained the age of majority, are not incapable of managing business due to mental or legal reasons, are not suspended from the present profession or occupation by any professional association, society or institution, or have not been imprisoned by any judicial authority or are confined in any type of reformatory.
(h) Please note that if you are employed in any Central Government/State Government agency, Indian Armed Forces or any such establishment. If you are not permitted to work part-time/full-time/earn commission/remuneration, you will not be eligible to enter into this agreement/document
